FYI My new fence which backs up to the greenbelt at Glenheather has been spray painted (referred to as tagging by graffiti artists) in dark red paint. I have no idea when it was done as my greenbelt gate is padlocked and I do not go out there often. I discovered it last weekend. They did have a nice flat canvas since all the crossboards are on the inside of the fence. I think that makes it harder for someone to climb into my backyard where there is a large pool.

If anyone has a idea as to what I might try to remove the paint I am open to suggestions.
